Sustainability

Carson-Magness Landscapes firmly believes in following environmentally-responsible, sustainable practices in its design approach. Our designs focus on water-wise plant pallets, emphasizing native plants and succulents that use little water yet look naturally beautiful in gardens of almost any theme.

We ensure that our landscapes are in balance with the local climate and require minimal inputs of fertilizer, herbicides, or insecticides. We only purchase from local nurseries that follow our same philosophies. Our designs and installations use the latest water and energy saving technologies, including smart irrigation controllers, extensive use of drip and rotor irrigation systems, solar and L.E.D. lighting systems, and water recycling.

We strive to use recycled materials in our designs wherever possible. With our focus on sustainability, our gardens are not just beautiful works of art, but gardens that require few natural resources, and less money to maintain.
