Our design approach starts with you. Prior to embarking on any project, we meet with you to fully understand your tastes, needs, and desires. We work one-on-one with you throughout the design process to ensure your needs and desires will be met and within your budget.

CONSTRUCTION

We are a licensed California Landscape Contractor specializing in all manner of hardcape installation, from retaining walls to driveways. By integrating design and construction under one roof, we are able to develop creative and innovative solutions to challenging site conditions, all blending seamlessly to create a unified and beautiful environment. Our construction crews are artisans in their own right, including skilled brick/stone masons and carpentry/metal specialist that bring our passion for art to life.
In addition to construction to implement our landscape designs, Carson-Magness provides general construction work for a wide variety of residential and commercial concrete and masonry projects.

POOLS AND SPAS

Carson-Magness Landscapes and our associates are licensed to design and install pools.  We provide unique designs & structures, state of the art plumbing, equipment, innumerable choices in tile and plaster. We believe that pools and spas should be an integral feature of the overall landscape design – not an afterthought.
We also specialize in various water features ranging from ponds, and waterfalls.
Our pool, spa, and water feature designs create special places of tranquility, rest, recreation, and entertainment that blend harmoniously with the environment.

SUSTAINABILITY

Carson-Magness Landscapes firmly believes in following environmentally-responsible, sustainable practices in its design approach. Our designs focus on water-wise plant pallets, emphasizing native plants and succulents that use little water yet look naturally beautiful in gardens of almost any theme, including tropical oasis.
We ensure that our landscapes are in balance with the local climate and require minimal inputs of fertilizer, herbicides, or insecticides. We only purchase from local accredited wholesale growers shared philosophy. Our designs and installations use the latest water and energy saving technologies, including smart irrigation controllers, extensive use of drip and rotor irrigation systems, solar and L.E.D. lighting systems, and water recycling.
We strive to use recycled materials in our designs wherever possible. With our focus on sustainability, our gardens are not just beautiful works of art, but gardens that require few natural resources, and less money to maintain.
